Given that we can’t get enough of small plates restaurants, Brooklyn Flea’s Smorgasburg, food trucks, and the appetizer side of the menu, tasting events are pretty much our favorite thing in the world.  So it is with mucho enthusiasm that we invite you to participate in “Plate by Plate” at Skylight West tomorrow to benefit [...]

Thanks to the inimical David Tutera, and the cinematographic perspective of Ray Roman, a beautiful wedding at Skylight West recently showed up on the uber-blog, Style Me Pretty.  We love the way these two artists showcased the beauty of our city through the lens of a masterful wedding.  Click here to watch!

Commemorating last year, when the July 4th holiday fell over a long weekend, the famous bridal blog, Style Me Pretty, posted a beautiful album of a wedding last year at Skylight West.  It was NYC urban with a little Hamptons beach thrown in, and the best seats in the house to the famous NYC fireworks [...]

We went to Center 548, a venue for art and culture created by the Elizabeth Dee Gallery for the Ballroom Marfa Benefit.  Created in 2003, Ballroom Marfa is [...]

One of the very first Spring evenings where it was acceptable to not wear tights and perhaps don a sleeveless cocktail dress, Brooke Whiteside of Creative Edge Parties invited us to their Creative Edge Culinary Council Event featuring the renowned Australian Chef  Peter Evans. It was a seriously delicious meal with a warm and wonderful [...]

Hoping that Spring is actually on its way, we took our bikes out of storage and into our Skylight West Gallery. We had some fun biking around our rooftop also…photos soon to come. Biking is our favorite way to travel between our three spaces…so fun! Can’t wait for the season to begin!
