We recently celebrated the style and vision in David Stark’s execution of last year’s HuffPost’s Game Changers event. If you missed it, here’s a snapshot of the futuristic environment he created at Skylight Soho. As huge fans of the HuffPo, we’re happy to be involved in this project for the second year running, and as huge fans of user engagement in marketing, we can’t wait to see who wins “Game Changer in Your Life” and celebrates with us in David’s beautiful environment this year.

Flashback to Game Changers 2010
Straight from the blog of Arianna Huffington:
“I am delighted to announce HuffPost’s 2011 Game Changers — our third annual celebration of 100 innovators, mavericks, visionaries, and leaders who are changing the way we look at the world and the way we live in it.
There are 12 catergories: Politics, Media, Entertainment, Culture, Style, Green, Business and Technology, Sports, World, Food and Travel, Education and Impact, and Healthy Living — and are pleased to welcome Samsung, BMW, and Chase as this year’s sponsors.”

Last year's "lineup"
Always ahead of the game in user engagement, the HuffPo invites its users to vote for the ultimate game changer in each category. Winners last year reflected this democratic voice, showing that winning is not simply a popularity contest, and users are making carefully calculated decisions based on their values.
The first categories to be announced include Green, Politics, and Media, with more being released each week. Click on a category to see the slideshow and cast your vote.
An event will be held at Skylight Soho this Fall to celebrate all the Game Changers. Last year’s event included appearances and speeches by Sean Penn, Anderson Cooper, Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski, Ted Olson, Biz and Livia Stone, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and Nora Ephron.
Everyone is invited to submit the story of the “Game Changer in your life” — and get a shot at winning a trip to New York to join us at what promises to be a memorable event. Click here for more details.
So check out this week’s Game Changers candidates in Green, Politics, and Media, and start voting. We can’t wait to see what inspires you.
And even if you don’t win the trip to the party, we’ll post the highlights here. And of course, so will the lovely Arianna on her (slightly more widely read) blog!
