One of the very first Spring evenings where it was acceptable to not wear tights and perhaps don a sleeveless cocktail dress, Brooke Whiteside of Creative Edge Parties invited us to their Creative Edge Culinary Council Event featuring the renowned Australian Chef Peter Evans. It was a seriously delicious meal with a warm and wonderful group — our favorites were a tie between the tea smoked duck and a juicy piece of pork belly slid into Jen’s mouth by the chef himself as she finished a call outside..and who could not enjoy the refreshing campari and grapefruit granita — with a seemingly balmy march evening outside — paired with a light moscato d’asti. Ah! Amazing!
