“…If the dish is having a high-flying moment, there’s a practical sensibility that’s appealing. “It’s Anna Wintour’s favorite dish because it’s quick to serve and moves things right along,” said her private chef, Hank Tomashevski. “It’s got everything you need in there, vegetables and a meat for meat-eaters, in one course.” Mr. Tomashevski catered the Vogue awards in 2009 and last year at Skylight Soho, where Ms. Wintour requested chicken potpie as the single offering.”
